Returns Policy;
- Item(s) must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
- Any item you receive that is not up to the standard advertised please contact us in the first instance at info@lingeriemodhla.com and outline the problem encountered.
- Please do not wear perfume, deodorant or make up when you try on your item(s), as soiled garments will not be eligible for return.
- We reserve the right, not to accept returned goods where the customer has not taken “reasonable care” of them – i.e. if they are marked or damaged in any way.
- Item(s) must be accompanied by original tags and in original packaging as far as possible
- Item(s) must have been purchased at regular price. Items purchased on sale and/or bargain basement are not eligible for return.
- By law and for hygienic reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return: panties, thongs, teddies, body stockings, rompers and any lingerie sets that include a panty and hosiery, or self adhesive products. So please be very careful when making your selection.
Returns
Contact us by email at info@lingeriemodhla.com with the details, date and ref. no (if possible)of the item purchased, or by surface mail to the address below, should that be your preference.
We will be happy to issue a refund provided no breach of the above conditions are found.
Returns must be received within 14 days for Irish customers and 30 days for international customers from receipt of goods. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit therefore we recommend that you send your returns by registered post and retain proof of posting.
As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. For replacement items you will not be charged for postage. Please make returns to the address below
