Delivery Information;
Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours, please allow up to
- 5 working days from dispatch for delivery within Ireland.
- 5-10 working days from dispatch for delivery within Europe
- 10 days plus from dispatch for delivery, for international customers depending on where you reside.
In general, we have found that orders are delivered much quicker during non holiday times. Nevertheless if you require an item urgently please email us at; info@lingeriemodhla.com we will do our best to facilitate
Basically you will be sent a confirmation email when you place your order. This email will contain your ref. order number. Please keep the delivery info. safe in case you have to make further enquiries or in the unlikely event you may wish to make a return.
In the highly unlikely event of your order not arriving, please allow 7 working days (Ireland) (14 during Christmas, valentine’s day and/ or busy periods) from the date of dispatch before contacting us. We will then carry out an investigation and keep you informed of developments. This will not affect your returns policy.
Should technology fail and we are out of stock of an item you have ordered, a member of our customer service team will inform you promptly by email.

Orders will be sent using An Post, Royal Mail and Courier Service if desired
Small packages e.g. (1 item) are sent by regular non registered post. However if you would like to pay for recorded delivery you will have that opportunity at the checkout, the choice is yours. Markedly to date we have not had any problems with regular delivery.
Another key point is all of our packages are sent in discreet packaging without any branding so no one will know what is inside. Of course we have no control over the postman/post lady, you will know best if you need to notify them of delivery of a package.
Alternative Address
We can deliver to any alternative address, provided you advise at the time of ordering. Delivery addresses cannot be changed once an order has been processed.
Please note that all deliveries outside of Ireland may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid for by you, in this instance the package will be marked as clothing no other info. will be on the package
Your order will leave Ireland within 2 working days maximum during the working week. Furthermore, delivery times will vary depending upon your postal service, but we estimate international orders will arrive within 5 – 10 working days.
